On February 11th, we will host our first Pop-Up dinner, in collaboration with our good friend Túbo Logier.
Túbo has spent the past years in some of Europe's top kitchens.
For this Set Menu, Túbo will be applying western techniques to his asian root, in an interesting & creative way!
