A dear colleague is leaving and we have a full-time service position available starting mid-November.

We're looking for someone who understands what we do: working with exceptional produce and wine, delivering our continually-changing menus, and providing warm, attentive service - always pushing to take us to the next level.

You'll take full ownership of your section, including wine service, and be trusted to run it properly. Alongside that, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow through our wine training programme and visits to winemakers.

You'll be happy to get stuck in, be attentive and reliable, with strong communication skills, and comfortable holding a conversation in German.

As part of a small, tight team, there's a chance to get involved across many aspects of the restaurant's operations and genuine opportunity for further development within the company.We're offering:

A four day working week

A full-time contract, 38-40 hours

Extra pay on public holidays

An equal share of tips

A full produce and beverage training programme, plus visits to winemakers and producers
